Please Note, CUSTOMISED PIECES or SALE / CLEARANCE , and similar products are not eligible for exchange or return.
As a company policy:
For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by GET JUNK'D will be treated as not returned.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to GET JUNK'D on the following address:

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the reason for return.
Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment via email on support@getjunkd.in. We will be unable to process an exchange if 48 hours have lapsed since the delivery.
Please share the courier receipt within 4 days of receiving the product, beyond which we will be unable to process an exchange due to any delay.
Each customer is only eligible for a Return, once.
In case you need a product exchange, customer will need to send the shipment back and once their exchange is approved and received, a promo code will be provided deducting 100 INR. This promo code will not have an expiry.
In case the product received is damaged, video and photos are mandatory while unpacking the shipment.
10-12% of colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, We would be unable to accept this as grounds for exchange or return.
