Shipping & Handling
When will my order ship?
When you place an order on GET JUNK'D, we promise to ship out your item(s) within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. This means that within one business day of your online purchase, you can be assured that your package is handed over to the logistics provider for prompt delivery. A customized order however may take longer.
All orders include a tracking number so that you can go online and follow the journey of your package.
Note: Our offices are closed on the weekend, so any orders placed on Friday will be shipped out first thing on Monday.
If you'd like to request a specific delivery time within Mumbai, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/whatsapp us at 9967401238. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order.
Through what carrier do you ship?
We use FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all pincodes and shipping is free for orders above INR 500. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse along with a Tracking Number.
You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please click here to track your shipment using tracking number or your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India. But hey we are getting there sooner than you think!
- Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?
While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and/or SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.
5. Why has my order not reached me?
Don’t flip out yet - talk to us first!
We know how frustrating it is to order something online and not have it delivered on time. That is why we work hard to get your order fulfilled as soon as possible by shipping it out the very next business day. However, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. The delay may also be due to the following reasons:
- A huge load with our logistics provider
- A wrong / incomplete address
- The delivery boy could not reach your phone
- The customer was unavailable at the delivery address.

5. Can I have my jewels rushed?
If you need your jewels by a specific date, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. We do offer next day shipping within Mumbai. However, we cannot guarantee rushed shipments. Returns, Cancellations and Exchange
I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?
No worries at all! We are happy to offer a return option on your first purchase with us. The only exception is for customized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow 5-7 days from the time the return package gets delivered to us to process your refund.
We have a 100% Refund Policy and a process that is easy and fast.
The refund would be in the form of store credits (which can be availed anytime) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. This will be verified by our quality team post which refund will be processed.
As an alternative, you can also opt for cash refund. However, in this case, shipping charges are NOT refundable because they are charged on behalf of a 3rd party courier company. This will be a flat charge of Rs 199.

I'd like to cancel something I'd bought: We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please call/whatsapp us at 9967401238 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to stop the delivery then, despite which there could be a delivery attempt from our logistics provider.
Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?
Yes, Ofcourse! You may exchange an item once it is in your order history. Please email us at email@example.com or whatsapp/call us at 9967401238.
How will I know if you've received my return package?
Once you send us your parcel, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive and for us to process your refund.
I want something that's sold out! What should I do?
You can simply Whatsapp us an image of the product with your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call or email from us!
Simply follow below steps to initiate a return :-
1) Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number and reason for return
2) Mention choice of refund type - Store credits or Cash refund.
No shipping charges are deducted in store credits. But incase of cash refund, Rs 199 will be deducted as shipping charges.
3) Our team will acknowledge the return request within 24 hours. Please note this request has to be raised within 3 days of product delivery
4) On confirming your request, we will initiate a pick up from your address. Please ensure the product is unused, proper condition and packaged properly in a strong box along with a bubble wrap.
4) Our team will inspect the product once it reaches our warehouse. Post approval, refund will be credited back in 1-2 days.
5) Note that GET JUNK'D will not be responsible for any damage during transit and customers will not be eligible for refund in such unforeseen circumstances. Strongly advise customers to use a robust packaging at the time of return.

Payment and Billing
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI, Tez, and Cash On Delivery.
For customized orders, we take a Rs.100 Advance (non-refundable) in advance through Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI and the balance on approval of the image shared post designing.
- What are GJ Reward points?
GJ Reward points are our way of saying a big thank you for being a loyal customer and shopping with us! For every Re 1 spent, you earn 1 point. To redeem your points, spend 10 points to get 1 Re off (Eg: Say you place your first order for Rs. 1000. You will earn 1000 points.
- How do I apply GJ Reward Points?
To apply GJ Reward points to your order, you will first need to log in. Once logged in and ready to checkout, you can apply your GJ Reward Points at the payment step.
- Can I club a discount and GJ Reward Point together?
Yes you certainly can! For example, if you have Rs. 2000 of sparkle in your bag and you apply 2500 points (that’s Rs. 250) to that order, your subtotal would then be Rs. 1750. You can then apply a 15% promo code to your new subtotal, and receive an addition Rs. 262 off your order (15% off Rs. 1750).
Hence you end up paying Rs. 1487 for an item that is valued at Rs. 2000! Is that a great deal or what?
- Is there a limit to how many GJ Reward Points can be used for an order?
Yes. You can redeem a maximum of 2500 points or Rs. 250 per order.
- When will the points reflect in my account?
Your points will reflect in your account 15 days after your order is received by you.
- What happens to my GJ Reward Points when I make a return?
If you return an order, the GJ Reward points earned on that order will be deducted from your account
- Are my GJ Reward Points transferrable or exchangable for hard cash?
The GJ Reward points are not transferable to any other user and neither can they be exchanged for hard cash.
- Can my GJ Reward Points be applied on the shipping charges?
