WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE CLIENT CALLS AND MESSAGES AFTER OFFICE HOURS AND OVER THE WEEKENDS. FEELS FREE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WE WILL GET BACK ONCE WE RESUME.
No worries at all! We are happy to offer a return option on your first purchase with us if the return is initiated within 24 hours of receiving the products. The only exception is for customized pieces or SALE / CLEARANCE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Also, any products bought as a part of OFFERS using DISCOUNT COUPONS are not eligible for returns.
The application for the return should be applied within 24 hours of receiving the product.
FOR ANY CLAIMS OF BROKEN PRODUCTS RECEIVED, AN OPENING VIDEO IS A MUST.
The refund would be in the form of store credits (which can be availed anytime for upto a year from the date of issue) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. This will be verified by our quality team post which the store credit will be processed. Kindly Note, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Exchange Process: In order to exchange the product, a return pick up facility will be arranged from GET JUNK'D at a charge of Rs. 150/- a product.
I'd like to cancel something I'd bought: We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. If you would like to cancel an order, please call/whatsapp us at 9967401238 or email us at support@getjunkd.in. However, any pre-paid order will not be allowed for cancellation. A credit note valid for 90 days will be issued in case of cancellation of pre-paid orders.
RETURN PROCESS:
Simply follow below steps to initiate a return :-
1) Send an e-mail to support@getjunkd.in mentioning your order number and reason for return. Do Not forget to attach an opening video incase of claims of broken products received.
2) Our team will acknowledge the return request by the next working day. Please note this request has to be raised within 24 hours of product delivery.
3) On confirming your request, we will initiate a pick up from your address at a small fee or you may inform us about the courier you will be using . Please ensure the product is unused, proper condition and packaged properly in a strong box along with a bubble wrap. If the product reaches is I'm a
